Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We accept cancellation requests within 24 hours of placing the order. Once an order is processed or shipped, we are unable to accept cancellations.

Refunds and Return Policy
Returns are not accepted unless the product is damaged due to our error. Refunds are applicable only if the product is damaged during shipping. To claim a refund, you must provide an unboxing video. The video should clearly capture the unboxing process from the moment the package is delivered until the product is fully unpacked. Send the unboxing video along with your refund request to artworldpage@gmail.com. Refund requests without this video evidence will not be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
